Reben is a really cool Amsterdam start-up producing a better Spritz. With local Dutch rhubarb – and way less sugar!
Geerben – a daring entrepreneur I really admire – started Reben with his mother’s unique recipe, using rhubarb from her backyard. Now it’s rapidly popping up in some of the best restaurants and bars in Amsterdam. And: you can order it online of course on their website.

What we did
Reben’s issue: data from many sources, but no up-to-date overview of important management information.
I set up a:
- A Google Sheet that imports data from Reben’s accounting software (SnelStart), lead management (Notion) and online sales (Shopify) system.
- Several management dashboards, using Google Sheet (and some really complex formula’s – love it!)
- A Google Sheet overview that calculates projected inventory & sales
- A clients & lead management system for Reben to have a good overview of its client base and leads (using Notion).
The result
The Reben team now has immediate access to up-to-date sales information, projected sales & inventory and leads. This should save them plenty of time and make it possible to make better management decisions.
I’m really curious to see where Reben will go next. It’s fun to follow them on Instagram, where they’re often running creative campaigns.
