End of an era. We’re selling our Nissan NV200, which we used extensively for stealth camping over the past 8 years.
Stealth camping is wild-camping without being noticed. I really recommend it if you love freedom, and don’t like big campers & campgrounds.
Our Nissan is (was…) extremely basic, with no outside windows except a very discreet one on top. No one could see we’re sleeping in there. It had no bathroom, shower or place to sit, but we did have a real (almost) full-size bed with a normal mattress!
Stealth camping is great! You can park in cities, on the beach, wherever you want to try. We’ve camped in Austria, Germany, Greece, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia and never had any trouble with police or locals.
Oh, why are we selling? We’re going to take stealth camping a notch further. To be continued!
